Cancellation Policy 

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early.

 

Please arrive to your appointment with a clean lash line. If the lash line is covered in makeup, a cleaning fee of $15 may be applied to your total charge. We cannot start lashing until your eyelashes are completely clean. If you come to your lash appointment with makeup on, you may experience retention issues due to a film being left on your eyelashes that can take up to 24 hours to wear off. Be aware that this is solely your responsibility and will not qualify as a product issue if you experience retention issues.

All Prices are subject to change if proper maintenance is not followed.

You must have 30% of lashes left or you'll need to purchase a full set.

Client refills 4+ weeks or more are subject to full set pricing.

We have a strict 24 hour notice cancellation policy. If you have a complimentary appointment scheduled and you do not provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling, or no show, to the appointment, the complimentary appointment is voided. We understand that at times, emergencies or illnesses happen and these will be handled on a case by case basis. However, if notice is not given in time, a late rescheduling fee will be added to your future appointment. Fee pricing is listed below:

First offense - Complimentary: We understand things happen and this is your freebie!

Second offense - $ 20

Third offense - $ 40

Forth offense - Full service charge and you must pre-pay your future appointments.

First No-Show without notice - 25% of your appointment fee to be pre-paid before future booking.

Second No-Show without notice - 50% of your appointment fee to be pre-paid before future booking.

If you are late to your appointment, you are still required to pay the full service pricing that was originally scheduled. If you are late to your appointment, please note that your lash fullness will be compromised as there may not be sufficient time to achieved your desired look. Extending the time of your appointment after arrive late is not a possibility, so please plan to arrive 5 minutes EARLY to all scheduled appointments. Please understand that we have fully booked schedules and cannot extend your time into another client's appointment. Please book your next future appointment accordingly as you may need to come back sooner to make up for the lost appointment time and lack of fullness due to your tardiness.

 

Clients more than 15 minutes late will have to be rescheduled and will be considered a "confirmed no-show". A fee may be applied for future booking. Out of respect and consideration for your lash artist and other customers, please do your best to be on time and plan your travel time accordingly.

We will not issue our 7 day guarantee for our work unless you are using ATOL aftercare products. We have put a lot of time and effort into providing our clients with wonderful, affordable aftercare options. Use of unapproved after care products CAN result in retention issues and using them is at your own risk.

 

No cash refunds. Please contact us within 48 if you have any questions about your lash set. Any issues reported later than 48 hours will be addressed on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

ATOL is not liable for any reactions due to our products. Skin sensitivities and allergies are extremely rare. We use the highest quality products and the most up-to-date techniques and sanitation standards to ensure your health and safety. Please let us know if you have any reason to be concerned regarding a previous allergy or sensitivity.

We Reserve the right to REFUSE service to anyone for any reason.

Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated as a way to let your Lash Artist know that she nailed your lash set!

We require 24 hours notice to change your booked appointment. If 24 hours notice is not received, a fee will be applied to your future booking of up to 50% of your scheduled appointment.

If you have a serious illness and cannot make it to your appointment, please contact A Touch Of Lash prior to the start of your appointment. Rescheduling fees may be waived on a case by case basis.
